Voss Nursing Center

The Voss Nursing Center is a five-story skilled nursing facility that sustained significant damage during a recent hurricane. The project scope includes a complete redesign of the exterior façade, involving the full demolition and replacement of all exterior wall assemblies.

In addition, the project will include a comprehensive interior renovation. Planned improvements consist of reconfiguring the interior layout to accommodate both outpatient and inpatient physical therapy gyms, along with a full modernization of all interior spaces.
