This assisted living building consists of 95 units which includes a dedicated memory care wing with 18 units. With multiple outdoor space both at the ground level and 3rd floor level terrace which provides a unique experience in each gathering space.
The design idea behind the building was to bring a natural and efficient flow to the function of the building. This starts at the entrance and continues up to the 3rd floor amenities. The large commercial kitchen is positioned in between the assisted living dinning room and the memory care dinning room enabling it to serve both efficiently.
